Either personally or directly; that is, we only collect data that you provide or that is captured by our security cameras when you visit our offices.

Personal data collected by AMTRAD will be transferred only to the Servicio de Administración Tributaria (Mexican Tax Authority) in tax matters, to our systems suppliers, our legal, accounting, and fiscal consultants, or to comply with authorities.

All personal data collected will be treated as strictly confidential and handled with care in our internal communication media and digital administrative tools, which are used to make our services more readily available.

ARCO Rights – What are they and how do I exercise them?
These are your rights to:
Access: learn about your data in our hands, what we use it for, and the conditions under which we use your information.
Rectify: Request corrections to your information in the event it is obsolete, inexact, or incomplete.
Cancel: Request we delete your information from our data base when you consider it is not being used in accordance with the Law.
Oppose: Oppose our use of your data for specific purposes.
If you want to exercise your ARCO rights, your title holders or their legal representatives need to send a request to mexico@amtrad.com.mx
This request must contain the following to be deemed complete:
Name of the title holder
Address and email address
Establish over what data you wish to exercise your rights.
The reason or purpose for putting forth this request.
Copy of an official identification that accredits the identity of the title holder.

Can I prohibit AMTRAD from using my data?

We must point out that there are specific data whose treatment is indispensable to fulfill our contract relationship; therefore, if you decide to prohibit us from using specific data, it might not be possible for us to provide you with our services.
How do I know if there are changes to your privacy polity?
This privacy policy may undergo modifications, changes or updates derived from new legal requirements, our privacy practices, or other causes.
We commit to informing you of any changes this privacy notice may undergo.
